How to Enter
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Free entry: submit the website entry form (one base eligible entry when you enter — one entrant account per email). Purchase-linked bonus entries: eligible MAYA orders during the campaign earn entries per eligible item (with campaign multipliers); there is no purchase/free-match entry ceiling. Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): any entrant may claim matching eligible entries free, with no order or proof required, through the free-match option on the website when offered. Additional free entries (referrals, social visits, dog photo, UGC) are described on the entry page. TODO (counsel review required): finalize entry-limit wording; confirm uncapped purchase/free-match entries and the per-item multipliers; add mail-in AMOE address/instructions if counsel requires a mail alternative.
MAYA Rewards Points

Prize Details
